Thank-You for your interest in the 2008 Summer Scavenger Hunt
This year will be similar to the last event but with some enhancements. Again, the theme this year will be towards Dexter, our state mascott. It's just not possible that you'll be able to carry Dexter with you at all times, let alone having him even be available. Instead, as part of your entry into the fun, you'll be required to purchase your very own Dexter to be included in every picture you take.
The official running time this year will be from May 1st through the entire month of September but you can spend this time now adopting your Dexter. Make sure he is big enough to be seen in the photos. He can be any type of stuffed animal that you can carry with you for that photo opportunity that crops up this Summer.
To enter click the join link to the left and fill in your entry form. Your first picture (required to get started) will be a shot of you, your bike and (you guessed it) your Dexter. Please note that if you played last time that you don't need to re-register (filling in the form) unless your e-mail address has changed or your address has changed. If you are in doubt, fill out the form again. It won't hurt anything.
Also please take time to sign up for the Scavenger Newsletter at the top of the page. Again, if you're not sure if you're on the list, go ahead and sign up again. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after signing up for the newsletter.
Be sure to watch this page and your e-mail for more updates and exactly what the clues will be. We have had a lot of great ideas submitted from players from last year. If you're in doubt ask someone who played last year. We will send you the rules/guidelines at a later time. In the mean time think of some good clues and pass them along.
